Kane's Furniture - Clearwater

I had an issue with my dining room table ; scratches and burn mark. I went to Kane’s in St. Petersburg where I purchased furniture. The store manager Que was extremely helpfully and found that my warranty did cover my issues. Nolan the carpenter was sent to repair table although it may not be perfect; it’s 100% better and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Que! Great job Nolan!

Purchased a 4 piece white entertainment center. Delivery was later in the week, and went without no issues. Upon inspecting the new, white entertainment center (and cleaning with the furniture cleaner THEY insist on), I found that the beveling and edges were yellow, not white. It appears it's a craftsmanship issue, NOT a delivery damage issue. Called customer service shortly after delivery fellows left and sent them the requested photos. That was 930 am. It's now 4 pm. No further contact, follow up, or resolution until I called again 4 days later. They state the yellowing is the "aging" on the craft manship. Why would I want to buy something brand new that is already yellow? This is why the lights are so bright in their showroom, so you can't tell there is cruddy design. This is what spending a lot of money will get you these days. Beware.

Needed two comfy chairs for new home and my sales executive knew the showroom well and found the perfect chairs I wanted before leaving. They were delivered look great and very happy. I will come back for added pieces when needed. I only go to Kanes. 10 years ago bought 3 rooms of furniture I donated they still were in perfect condition just wanted a change. Great quality n price. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love my new furniture! I went to the NPR location and Lisa T. was so helpful she is patient and help me with every question I had. I will only buy furniture from Kanes. The quality is amazing and customer service is great. I love my new furniture!!! Thank you Lisa for all your help.

Thank you for your patience, expertise, and technical knowledge regarding my recent purchase of a recliner. The USB port, the lighted cup holders, the lumbar support in the cushions, and the power lifter were all features sure to make “my” chair give me longer enjoyable use. Thanks again.
