Mattress Firm Countryside

Came in with my wife to get a king sized mattress but we weren’t sure exactly what we were looking for. Well Richard did a great job doing a quick assessment on our preferences and any areas causing pain. Gave us a couple options to try but if I’m not mistaken we actually chose the first one he had us try. He was very helpful, patient, and professional. The whole process was quite easy and we received our mattress 2 days later. And we love it!

Was pleased with my experience. Matthew was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He did not try to push anything above my price range on me and gave me more affordable options when I asked for them. I found what I needed at a great price. Austin helped my mother pick out a new bed. He listened well to her concerns, and made two great recommendations. He was patient and accomdating with her disabilities. He let her lay on each bed for 10+ minutes to make sure it felt right. She left feeling confident in her choice. The price was reasonable. The bed is good quality. The delivery went very smooth.
