Mattress Firm Clearance Center Georgetown

My advice for anyone shopping for a new bed, "Make Mattress Firm Outlet in Georgetown your first stop". My husband and I were amazed by their surprisingly large inventory of high quality mattresses. Mike, our salesperson, was wonderful. He worked with us well over an hour answering our questions, and helping us find exactly the right mattress. Then he worked just as hard to identify every possible discount for the mattress and adjustable mattress frame we had chosen. Seriously, a 5 star rating just isn't enough for Mike !

The best service ever. Randy was phenomenal!! He hit the nail on the head the first time around. Perfect salesman won me and my mom over. Yup 2 sales!! Go Randy!!! 😂😂 Yup had to come back I couldn't leave out Steven R. For helping out on getting that frame out to me so quickly!! Got it by Saturday. I guess the whole store is just a great group!!!

This place was awesome. The two gentlemen working and I’m so sorry I can’t remember their names but they were amazing and so very helpful. I went in to get a mattress topper for my bed. Just trying to get some more life out of my dumb sleep number obnoxiously expensive bed. Worst purchase I’ve ever made. Anyway they did not try to push us to buy a new mattress we asked about new pillows and even then we’re not pushy. I appreciate sales associates that don’t come across pushy. We purchased a mattress topper for now but we will definitely be going back there to buy our mattress and other items in the very near future. Definitely check this place out I wanted to take a nap in there. The beds were so cozy. 😊

I visited the Mattress Firm store on Memorial Day and had a good in-store experience. The sales representative was friendly, patient, and very helpful in answering my questions and helping me choose the right mattress. Based on that experience, I felt confident placing the order. Unfortunately, the delivery experience two days later was the complete opposite. The mattress was delivered to the wrong address, and instead of resolving the issue, I was asked by customer service to walk around multiple apartment buildings in my community to locate it myself. After several phone calls and a lot of frustration, I eventually found the mattress in another building. Since it is very heavy, I had to get help from others to move it to my apartment. While the customer service team apologized, there was little effort made to take ownership of the mistake or make the situation right. What should have been a simple delivery turned into a stressful and time-consuming experience. I appreciate the excellent service I received at the store, which is why I’m giving credit where it’s due. However, the delivery process and follow-up support fell far below expectations and significantly impacted my overall experience.

Great experience from start to finish. The seller Randy was very knowledgeable, explained the product clearly, and helped me find the right mattress without any pressure. Smooth buying process and excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
