Factory Mattress

The store is very big and very clean. John is super professional and friendly to help us to find the mattress we are looking for within the budget we asked. He is very patient and also provided lots of options for us to choose from. He is also very honest about the price and the qualities of beds. We got the mattress, adjustable bed, and mattress protector very quick! Highly recommend!

John was super friendly and helpful with what I needed. Ask for him! Because it’s a family owned business, he was genuine and honest and it did not feel salesy at all! He was very kind and threw in extra stuff for us! Will definitely be coming back to this store for future needs. Also really liked that there were tons of different mattresses to test out unlike other stores that just have a handful.

My friend and I went to go find mattresses and we went in thinking we knew what would be the best mattress fir her into us getting a sleep test easily and on our own! John and Allen showed us how it worked and we got to do the test it was honestly super fun lol! We got the test all the mattresses and John in particular showed us the exact one that the test said would be perfect for her! Great service great people Great mattresses!

What a fabulous experience I had at the Factory Mattress in Georgetown. John was very helpful and super accommodating. I have a disability and he was very knowledgeable about what the store carried that would help me find a mattress to meet my needs. Thank you for a fantastic purchasing experience ⭐️

John runs a smooth operation, he took care of my warranty issue without any hiccups and was able to get things moving the very same day. He was knowledgeable in the exchange process and helped me out as best as he could with everything. Definitely recommend this location “Factory Mattress” up in Georgetown!
