Sleep Number

Very knowledgeable and professional associates. Explained all aspects of Sleep Number current products. No pressure to purchase but explained the advantages of making a decision for savings during Memorial Day sale. The new manager, Johnny, will do well and be a great asset to the company I’m sure. I’m happy to know he will be available as a resource in a store in my hometown. Heather is a real veteran with lots of knowledge. I was impressed the details of my original sleep number purchase was still available in the database. I’m very pleased with my experience at the store and with my new bed purchase!

Patti was incredible from start to finish. She took the time to really understand what we needed and offered thoughtful recommendations based on what would work best for us. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and you could tell she genuinely had our best interests in mind—not just trying to make a sale. By the end of our visit, it felt like we’d made a new friend. We even gave her a hug on the way out! Patti is truly amazing at what she does and absolutely deserves a raise. Highly recommend working with her if you get the chance!

Sylvia our sale person and manager was so easy to work with, patiently answering questions and taking us through the various options. We can’t wait to get our new bed.

Sylvia was so kind and knowledgeable of the Sleep Number beds and products. I had already decided I was going to purchase a different brand mattress and Sylvia changed my mind. I’m very excited about my new sleep number bed and I’m ready for a good nights sleep.

Heather was very professional in providing me all sleep numbers mattresses based on my bodies criteria. Plus gave me options when it came down to my final selection. Must see when you need a new mattress! Thanks Heather!!
