Kayla was great from the start. seemed more like a friend than a salesperson. Showed us every kind of option and price range. we had so much confidence in her that when she said " Bob I really think you should get this mattress on clearance" and I told her "Okay". We had completed a 2 mattress and adjustable frames deal in 1 hour!

Kayla our sales rep was awesome, she provided insights and information about mattresses we never even considered prior to our shopping day. We weren’t pressured at all, and Kayla helped us consider and choose what was important to us. The store had the full range of manufacturers and models that allowed us to choose between a wide range of options and get just the style we needed (having been disappointed before with on-line purchases from other retailers).
