Scott S was so patient and friendly. He let me browse with no pressure at all, but was there if I had questions. His co worker was also very friendly knowing he wasn't getting my sale. Very good discounts and prices. Scott made my experience great! Highly recommend!
View on GoogleMy salesman Scott went the extra mile for me! I found a set of pictures online that I just had to have! I live two and a half hours away from the store so he searched all his stores to make it work for me! Had them all wrapped up and ready to go. It was a great experience and I will definitely make the trip to go back in the future!
View on GoogleI was greeted by a very cordial salesperson who directed me to what I was looking for. He answered all my questions. He processed the sale very expediency. I was in and out within 30 minutes. That's the way I like to shop! I've gone there before and I will continue to go there. They always have what I'm looking for.
View on GoogleThe shopping experience was great. TJ was never pushy or tried to up sell me. I new what I wanted and TJ delivered. Next time your in WG&R, make sure to ask for TJ. Thanks for the great shopping experience.
View on GoogleTJ was our sales person at the Sheboygan store. He was pleasant and friendly. He greeted us when we walked in, asked what we were looking for gave us a quick rundown where to find it in the store and then left us be to look around. He did not hover or constantly check in; he gave us the right amount of attention. We picked a bedroom set, he helped us pick out a mattress and made sure it would be at a height and comfort level we were looking for. Great shopping experience.
