Doug greeted us as soon as my Husband and I walked in the store at the Laburmum Avenue Location in Henrico, VA. He was with other customers when we arrived but he made sure to let us know that he would be with us momentarily. He has extensive product knowledge which helped my Husband and I tremendously to make our decision as to which mattress to purchase today. His professionalism and genuine caring made us glad we left the Broad Street Location across from the Shops at Willow Lawn after walking in that location and no one ever came out to acknowledge us and we were the only customers in that location at the time of our visit today. It all worked out because Doug provided excellent representation for the Mattress Firm Company. Thank You for everything Doug.

Sales associate Douglas was very accommdating and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job finding the perfect bed for my wife and I. He really knows his stuff. Very quiet inviting atmosphere, with great reasonable prices. Walked us through the beds and their differences, gave a great demo on platform foundations. I've shopped at this location many times.
