I had an amazing experience with Melissa. She was not pushy, very knowledgeable, informed, and made the process very easy and did not have me feeling like I was pushed into something. The furniture was awesome and the selections were gorgeous. I will definitely come back here for more furniture needs.

Had a wonderful experience shopping and buying at this location. My mom and I went along with my daughter and her husband to help them shop for a living room set, and we were immediately greeted at the door by Manager Josiah Beck. He was extremely helpful without being pushy as they shopped and selected a set they loved. My mom and I continued to look around while they completed their purchase and ended up buying another living room set for ourselves! We sat on the furniture for quite a while making our decision and Josiah would stop and answer our questions without hovering or trying to rush us out the door. The Memorial Day sale prices were great, and we were pleasantly surprised that the sets we selected could be delivered within the week! Hopefully delivery goes as smoothly as the purchase, but otherwise I will come back and update this review.

Buyer beware! Still waiting on my furniture 2 weeks later. Delivery is like pulling teeth. They show up whenever they want. 3 hour window?!? No. They tell you after the fact you should be available all day. Rescheduled, even have witness to phone call. They claim there is nothing scheduled. Refund only for store credit but what does that solve if I can’t get my furniture? Manager on duty on Friday. It was Tuesday. What?!?! Worst customer support because there is no support. No delivery date was rescheduled. No plan to get me my furniture. But they sure have my money. More than 2 weeks now. Update: called customer service. That’s a joke. She was rude and argumentative. Wanted to know why I “set it up on a day when I had other appointments.” Whatever happened to customer satisfaction? So stressful. Just for 2 recliners. This is insane!
