Mattress Firm McDonough HTC

My wife and I were looking for a new table and mattress for our bed. We both have some issues that make our sleep hard to get. We were met by Charles who listened to our needs and explained the different choices we had. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He let us take our time and ask many questions. We purchased a set and look forward to having a better sleep each night. Charles was great. I would recommend you go see him if you need a new mattress.

I had a pleasant experience at the McDonough store. Charles was very knowledgeable and took time to get me into a Temperpedic I think will be good for me. I would recommend him and this store to others. Both f the other sales staff are very nice as well.

Went in pretty much on a lark, looking to replace a set on guest room, full size, nothing special. Wanted to look at replacing a king and queen set, both 30+ years old. Enter the nicest sales associate I think i ever met - young man named Joseph. He showed us a few sets of each and we wound up buying a full, queen, and king on the spot. Great deal but tge best part was Joseph - professional, personable, excellent employee. Thanks Joseph. Thanks Mattress Firm.

Ms. Terri was very friendly, helpful and informative. She displayed great customer service and suggested other items that I really needed. We went to a couple mattress stores before this one, and I just knew that we wouldn't find anything. I told my husband to go in while I waited in the truck with my son. I soon saw my husband coming back out of the store, but not to leave. Instead, he told me to get out of the truck and come inside. We were very happy with our purchase. We should have come here first.
