Brooklyn Bedding

Came here at 9am. Checked in. Got a call and was told to get a door. I told him i can pull into a open door because there was a truck in the door i was assigned to. Was told to wait. Another truck that showed up about 40 minutes after me gets the open door and they start loading him instead. Once they are done they start loading me. A little confused on how that works. Otherwise not too bad. They have bathrooms in the warehouse. Loading took about 25 minutes

We bought the Aurora Luxe Medium with pillowtop and it was too soft for us. We exchanged for the Aurora Luxe in firm with pillowtop. We worked with Sheila M. on both transactions. She is wonderful!! She is professional and helpful without being pushy. We enjoyed the first experience in the showroom with her that we called ahead to make sure she would assist us with the exchange. She went above and beyond to ensure the exchange within a week!! Which was completely unexpected and arranged for delivery with the operations manager(?) to confirm the bed would be available ("he would make it happen") and delivered in a week!! We are very happy with Brooklyn Bedding staff and service and highly recommend:)

This review is specifically for Ryan with whom I dealt with on the North loading dock. I have a new (huge) truck and I have not been in the game for a handful of years. Ryan was so patient and kind and help me maneuver into what he considered one of the toughest docks on his side of the yard. I am very grateful for his help and encouragement! As a fellow business owner, I'd be extremely grateful for somebody like Ryan on my team. HOWEVER..... trying to get from the north side to the South Side originally was nearly impossible!!!!! And I never would have been able to get my truck and trailer into the south side loading dock because of a bunch of trailers parked in the way. If it was not for Ryan and the rest of the crews kindness, this would probably be a one-star review. DRIVERS!!!! Be aware if you have a larger truck trying to turn right from the north side loading dock to the South side loading docks it is absolutely horrendous!!!!!!!

Truck drivers, as of 08/08/25 this place is new. I would suggest you back from 52nd ave to enter so you can sight side into a dock for a live load/unload. No turn around once you enter they are still under construction. I marked the entrance in purple. Check in at door 7 southeast corner of the building (not dock 7). I had a drop n hook. I got my paper work from door 7. Then you follow the yellow .. make a right n 52nd ave onto west montebellow ave & make a right on n 55th ave & another right on Bethany home rd. What’s marked in blue is the drop lot. If you’re in a sleeper you have to take up both lanes to make that right into the lot. Lots of construction going on. The black line I put on Bethany Home rd is because you can’t enter the warehouse from that rd. You could if you want to turn into 52nd ave but the set up for that is very tight for a sleeper. I went to the light made a right & went all the way around to Montebellow ave.

Guys if you are coming here to pickup, please note that they do not have any sign board near by and its complicated area. First take n 51st ave > then W montebello ave and then 52nd ave , u will see reciving, there u can checkin very first door with dock the door is locked u gotta bell its nearby Please take wide turn as much as wide you can. Its very congested and narrow area
