Mattress King Edmond

We bought the $199 mattress expecting at least basic comfort. While we didn’t expect luxury, we’ve been waking up with back pain since day one. When we contacted customer service to return it, we were told the pickup fee would be $250 — more than the price of the mattress itself, which makes no sense.

We had an awesome experience in the Edmond store! All the guys were great but NICK was especially wonderful!! He took his time explaining all the wonderful features after taking the time to ask all the questions about how my brother n law sleeps. We came up with the perfect combination and we were even able to get the adjustable BASE WITH MASSAGER!!! Nick spent so much time going over the remote control buttons until we had no more questions!! He never acted like we were asking too much! They were able to deliver the very next day which was wonderful since my BIL was super excited to watch TV from bed while using the massage feature!! The guys that did the setup were FANTASTIC! They went above and beyond and helped my BIL put back on all the bedding!! This place is all around the best place for a new mattress!

This was my first experience with Mattress, King. We were met at the door by a polite salesman who visited with us about my sleeping issues with my back. He was very patient; and after allowing me to try several mattresses in firm and medium, directed me to the mattress he thought would work best with my back issues and my budget.

Loved my experience at Mattress King Edmond. None of the mattresses at other stores felt like “the one” until I found MK. I love my new bed so much I went back to treat myself to a new pillow! Great customer service and reasonable prices. Easy and fast delivery. Would recommend shopping here.

Purchased split king adjustable frame, matresses, and bedding from Keith yesterday. He was professional and helpful and quite friendly. The whole process was no pressure and oriented to getting my wife and I what we need. It was delivered today. Delivery, set up, and carry-off went as well as the purchase did. Highly recommend going by to see Keith if you are looking for a better night's sleep. Incidentally, this was our third stop. Mathis Sleep Center at the Ashley store out west on Memorial was super high priced. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Jeff at Sleep Number Store on Memorial was friendly and helpful, but the prices were still almost two and three times what we ended up paying at Matress King.
