Mattress Firm Sooner Town Center

I purchased a mattress from this store along with the extended warranty because I believed it would protect me if something went wrong. What I wasn’t told at the time of purchase was that I would not be able to exchange my mattress for another one if I needed to use the warranty. Had that been explained to me, I would have made a different decision. When I tried to use my warranty, I was told I had to choose something “comparable” in value from the store instead of simply exchanging my mattress. That makes absolutely no sense. If my mattress is defective, why would I want to replace it with bedding or other merchandise? The entire purpose of purchasing a mattress warranty is to replace the mattress. To make matters worse, I was then told I would have to start an entirely new buying process for another mattress. Why should I have to purchase another mattress when I already paid for a warranty that was supposed to protect my investment? If I wanted to upgrade, I should have been given the option to pay the difference not be forced into buying all over again. This experience feels misleading and deceptive. Customers deserve complete transparency before spending hundreds or even thousands of dollars on a mattress and its warranty. If your warranty doesn’t actually allow a straightforward mattress replacement, that should be made crystal clear before the sale not after the customer files a claim. I hope management takes this review seriously because this policy needs to be addressed. It’s disappointing to spend your hard earned money expecting protection, only to discover that the warranty doesn’t work the way it was presented. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing a mattress warranty from this store.

Our salesman Billy was great. He showed me all the options I had in my price range and went over the differences between them. He was knowledgeable, respectful, kind and professional.

I'm having my mattress delivered, so I can't speak on that yet; however, I can comment on the great customer service. Warren was very attentive and personable. I HAD A GREAT MATTRESS shopping experience. Must better than the high end mattress stores.

Chantel was awesome! First time in a mattress store. Came in looking for a pillow, she brought over several for me to test out and gave me details about each one. Walked out with a much better pillow than i had thought i wanted for the same price i was planning to pay!
