Karima and the guys were great, I knew what I wanted and just needed info and options and she provided the details, checked on options and opportunities around my selection and was no hassel. I left to go decide and there was no "come back" pressure either. When I returned ready to bye, Karima's coworkers helped me while she was busy and it was a great show of peer respect and healthy working environment which made me appreciate the staff more. I also had great social conversations with them with helped make make my day better. Simply put, would recommend!

Went out of his way to be sure I was satisfied with no pressure on his part to try to sell me something I didn’t need or want. Also worked hard to be sure I could get delivery to my door in a city that does not have one of your stores. Excellent person to have on your team.

She was so kind, patient, and informative. She really listens to your needs and wants to find the right bed for YOU, not her commission. Mattress Firm was our first stop and when I told her we were gonna keep shopping around, she had absolutely no qualms, didn't try to tell me about some sale I'd miss, nothing like that. And that is exactly what made me decide to come back and buy my product here! The process was so fast and easy, financing was quickly available, and I was able to get my base delivered and set up for me the next day! I don't know if this service is typical from everyone at Mattress Firm, but I can say Karima is just 🔥🔥🔥 Thank you, Queen!!
View on GoogleI highly recommend Thornton Mattress Firm! We were wanting to upgrade our mattress and saw that they were having a sale. Never had been to this store before today. As soon as we walked in we were instantly greeted by Cole. He was so friendly and personable right from the start learning our names and what we were wanting and looking for. Cole was super knowledgeable and really explained all of the different types of mattresses and the pros and cons of all of them. He let us take our time to try mattresses out, even some of them a few times. Cole wasn’t pushy and let us have our space to talk but also was right there when questions came up. Even let us go get some food and come back. I truly feel like he did everything he could to also get us the best price and as much discounts as possible! So excited to finally get good sleep!!! Thank you so much Cole!! We appreciate you greatly!
