My husband Jose and I had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm Westland Hialeah! Gladys was so welcoming and helped us get started, and Jesus the manager truly went above and beyond. He spent a lot of time with us, answered all our questions, and helped us confidently choose our Purple mattress and adjustable base. We never felt pressured, just genuinely cared for. Gladys helped us close everything out and made the process super easy she also went above and beyond. They are truly a great team and & have excellent customer service we truly appreciate everything especially that I’m pregnant and they help us pick the right choice for us. I highly recommend this location!
