We had such a wonderful experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to our sales associate, Reynolds. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and really listened to what we were looking for. With his help, we found both our couch and dining table, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free.
Reynolds was knowledgeable, patient, and gave us great recommendations without ever being pushy. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping customers find the right pieces for their home. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the level of service we received.

We had an amazing experience at Ashley Furniture, all thanks to our salesman, Yosvani. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He really listened to what we were looking for and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect couch. He made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable—and even helped us get the best option for our needs. We absolutely love our new couch and couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend asking for Yosvani if you’re shopping here!

My husband and I experience at this store was amazing. They were very attentive from the time we walked inside. Then once we got to our sales guy Victor upstairs he was even more amazing, very helpful, furniture shopping has never been such a breeze!! Came happy and left happy. The minute I hear a family or friends is looking for furniture I’m sending them here first hand and right to victor. Not to mention when we called, to inquire we were asked exactly what we were looking for and he sent pictures over to us before we came to the store. Which also sealed the deal because what he sent us was the perfect color and the perfect amount of seats. Overall my experience was nothing short of AMAZING we will most definitely be back.

My time spent at Ashley Furniture Store was the best experience ever. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was tremendously impressed with Jose’, the salesman. I was greeted and made to feel welcome to explore. Jose’s salesmanship was impeccable. How thrilled I was with his patience, because there are some sales personnel who would have left me after how long it took to make my final decision selecting my beautiful furniture, sofa, matching love seat, and dinette set! Another surprise was without asking, Jose’ offered my daughter, Debra, and me bottles of ice-cold water WITHOUT asking if we cared for some. What compassionate hospitality! Debra and I were the last standing customers in the store that night but were never made to feel “It’s almost closing time!” Thank you, Jose, for being attentive and awesomely generous with your time, patience, and hospitality. We are enjoying our gorgeous purchase! God’s blessings upon you and Ashley Furniture Store!
