Mattress Firm Miami Warehouse

The delivery drivers specifically one was rude and unprofessional then proceeded to bump the shelf in my bedroom with the bed he was installing because he wasn’t careful and broke a expensive gemstone. He didn’t say sorry or anything. Then when I called to make a damage claim I get a call from some female stating that he claimed he dropped a plastic thing but that’s it. I told her I was there the whole time since it’s my bedroom and that the items that dropped shattered. I didn’t want delivery that included set up because of things like this they set up the base then proceed to touch the mattress with the same hands that touched all the dirty boxes etc. They also scratched a gold shelf on the wall. Then the idiot proceeded to put the dirty boxes against my office chair where my clean pillows were and I had to change them and clean the chair. I would just have them deliver the bed and install it yourself. Then finally when they are leaving the dark and ugly one starts talking trash because he knows he messed up by breaking my items.

Unfortunately I cannot give less than 1 star, I’m extremely disappointed at this place at the fact of how horrible Customer service is, the staff is very unpleasant and vulgar this experience comes from them giving me the wrong mattress after asking them to “please double check”; I went back to the store and I was received by screams and anger by the staff to the point that I felt like I was going to call 911 after they made the mistake. I had been a good customer through many years but this experience discouraged me from going ever back again. Very sad, to have staff that they can’t control themselves or untrained.

I picked up a mattress set because I couldn't wait for delivery. The location is in an industrial area (warehouse). The salesperson described the office location but it wasn't as he described it. The office has moved at this time due to a remodel. If you plan to pick up a mattress at this location be aware the sign says go to the stairs at the middle of the dock... There is no sign as you drive down the dock... It's next to dock 18. I don't know how long this will be this way but it was this way as of December 2016. Service is slow at best. I was the only customer there and it took 20 minutes to get my purchase. I I've uploaded a photo of the office.

I came to deliver mattresses, I arrived the day before and I gave them my papers to unload early in the morning; they let me wait until 1:45 pm.I missed my next load which I booked to pick it at 2 pm. I will never come again.

The warehouse customer-facing employees, especially Austin, go above and beyond to deliver your mattress. I had a terrible experience purchasing a mattress online from Mattress Firm because there is NO live customer service to help with delivery issues. After several frustrating days, a chatbot finally gave me the number to the local warehouse and the delivery issue was instantly resolved. Not only did Austin help speed up the delivery date, he worked to ensure a delivery window that would work with my college daughter's busy schedule. Only purchase from an actual Mattress Firm store vs. online. They will match the online price over the phone and provide polite customer service with real people to oversee the delivery. Thank you Austin!
