Great experience at Mattress Firm! We originally purchased a Sealy Posturepedic Elite Hybrid medium-firm mattress. It felt great at first, but after about a month my husband and I realized it was a little too firm for us. We went back to the store, tried a few different mattresses, and the team helped us find the perfect fit. The exchange process was simple, stress-free, and our new mattress was delivered the very next day. Excellent customer service, great selection, and a team that genuinely wants to help you get better sleep. Highly recommend!
