Sleep Number

It was time to get a new mattress and we decided to give Sleep Number a try. I had requested a specific sales person that was recommended by a friend to assist with the purchase but she handed me off to someone else - although she was there - which was fine but surprising. We selected a bed and made the purchase, however, without the mattress cover and we were told that it would be shipped. That was at the end of April. In early May, we were told they were on backorder. We still haven't received and when calling the main company, they made no concessions. We still have to wait another 2-4 weeks. Not happy about that. The bed is fine but we wanted it protected with the mattress cover. Doesn't make a good impression.

We had a wonderful experience at Sleep Number thanks to Marisol! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain all the options, answer every question, and helped us find the perfect fit without ever making us feel pressured. Her professionalism and friendly personality made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. If you’re considering a Sleep Number bed, definitely ask for Marisol — she’s fantastic!

We absolutely love this store. Marisol has been amazing every step of the way. We purchased our bed back in April and we had gone in a few times and spoken to her on the phone a few times before making our final purchase. She checked in me weekly to make sure I was loving my new mattress. I went back in a few times after for bedding and most recently we purchased our bed frame. Marisol thank you for being so patient with me and helping make my final decisions. You are amazing.

I’ve always liked my Sleep Number beds! My husband and I were ready to upgrade our mattress and visited the Clermont store. Andrew has been incredibly knowledge and attentive through the process. We needed to go home and think about the options and budget for what we wanted. Andrew kept in contact with us, answered all our questions, and kept his ears open for sales that could apply to our order. We’ll be happy to purchase from him again in the future. Fantastic salesperson with no pressure applied at all. 10/10
