Our experience at Mattress Firm was absolutely wonderful! David helped us find the perfect mattress along with two pillows that work perfectly for both my husband and me. We truly couldn’t say enough good things about both Mattress Firm and David. David was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy at all. He took the time to go over every detail we needed and answered all of my questions….. Even after I must have asked him 300 of them! We felt completely comfortable and confident in our purchase. We had a very pleasant experience at Mattress Firm in Clermont. Dominic was the sales representative that gave us friendly greeting and help guide us through the whole process on selecting an adjustable frame and mattress based on our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable on all the different options and easily answered all of our questions. A new bed frame and mattress are a huge investment and we appreciated his patience in allowing us an opportunity to try out the various beds and adjustable frames. I walked in telling him I didn’t think I would like a memory foam mattress. After trying traditional spring mattresses he encouraged us to try out a Tempur-Pedic mattress. Based on his information he provided and what he felt would help us with our health concerns we started looking at Tempur-Pedic. We were so glad he recommended it to us because that was the mattress we selected. Dominic was very personable and quickly put us both at ease because he didn’t try to high pressure sell us into something we didn’t want or buy something on the spot.
