My husband and I had never purchased a mattress in-store before, and as a first-time experience, especially with me being 7 months pregnant, we were overwhelmed walking in. Ryan immediately greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. He took the time to truly understand our needs and made us feel comfortable right away. I explained that I needed something more supportive, spacious, and comfortable during pregnancy, and without hesitation, he guided us to the perfect options. His knowledge, patience, and attentiveness made all the difference. He did not just sell us a mattress, he helped us find a solution that will genuinely improve our sleep and quality of life. We also had the pleasure of meeting Nikki, who was incredibly kind and welcoming to our toddler. It meant so much to us to feel like our whole family was taken care of during the visit. Nikki was a pleasure to work with! She was personable and patient, and really went beyond what I had expected when she called us back later to discuss options and help guide our decision process. She didn't act like she was pressuring us to buy something, but acted more like she wanted us to pick the right bed for our needs. Along with being great salespeople, the people who work at this location are incredibly kind and caring humans. I bought a mattress here last year and had a great experience, but I especially wanted to leave a review because of how the team helped me during a very stressful situation last week. The three employees working were patient, compassionate, and truly took the time to listen and help me with everything I needed in the moment. I’m very thankful they were there. Friendly and helpful staff in the store and their delivery team. I had to wait for my house remodel to get far enough along for my bed to be delivered. I went in on Fri, expecting it to take a week at least, but they delivered on Sun! I LOVE this bed.
