Everything about this experience has been great! Kimberly helped us find the perfect Sleep Number bed! From the moment we walked in the door, it was wonderful. We have now had ours for a little over a month now and are so happy with it. If you are in the fence about a Sleep Number, I 100% recommend going to visit with the team.

Brandi was the best. Took the time and was very personable and open. Did not push a thing on us just answered our questions. Let the product do the talking. The store was very nice and one of the best furniture buying experience me and my wife have had. Thank you

The store was clean and well stocked. They had beds from all three tiers of their product line. We were encouraged to test out all three. They were very sensitive to cost constraints and asked if there was a maximum we were wanting to stay below. They said they would do their best to find something that would give us the benefits of sleep number but would still meet our budget. We dealt with three staff members who were all very well trained, they knew the products and did not apply any sales pressure at all. I highly recommend this store if you are curious about Sleep Number beds. We have had one for 20 years and it was time for an upgrade. Our pump and air inserts have lasted for that whole 20 years. We had to get a new remote a couple of years ago, and that required a new pump, but the old one was still working. The foam support around the air insert on the sides of the bed were worn down after 20 years, but that is to be expected. It still provided a good night's sleep. My big pitch for Sleep Number is that it is adjustable, so you can tailor the firmness to your situation over and over again, through injuries, pregnancies, sore backs, etc.

Ms Kimberly has been a big help with my selection for a Sleep Number Bed. She was very patient, knowledgeable, no pressure on the sale. We started this process in Oct 2024. There were several construction delays where I was moving to, so I needed to change the delivery date, many times. She was understanding and very pleasant. Thank you Kimberly!!
