Tiffany is the most friendly and experienced sales consultant I have met in a long time. I bought a coconut bliss pillow recently from her and wow, can I say I’m in love, I think being able to try the pillow makes the difference. btw Tiffany ensured I tried other pillows to see what worked for my sleep style and the coconut bliss was recommended. I will be back soon to get my new bed. Thank you Tiffany you’re amazing.

I came in on 1/16 to get a new mattress. The sales lady was nice, tried a bunch of beds, picked one. Did the paperwork for it, which took forever, the lady had my last name wrong, so had to get on the phone and fix it which took some time. Then was told Sunday delivery. After I left, she sent over paperwork to sign which I did, then she texted a short while later saying that the system paperwork to please redo it, which I did then a short time later she stated that the system rejected the paperwork again because Sunday is no longer available and asked about Monday. Monday doesn’t work for me so then she arranged it for Wednesday ask for the paperwork to be real signed, and sent the link again. When I went to go do the link it sent me to the new customer page and then told me to click the login since I already had an account. I clicked the login filled out all the blocks and it sent me to the new customer page this happened four times. This was an infuriating experience to a point where I just gave up and walked back in telling her to cancel it. She said that it was a reception error and all I had to do was do the paperwork again, which would’ve been about the fifth or sixth time I did it I just end up canceling because it’s too much of a pain to even do it anymore. This is my first time trying to buy a mattress for mattress firm, and will most likely be my last.

We had a great shopping experience with Joseph. He was very knowledgeable and presented us with many options for a mattress and box spring set. We shop at this location often and I highly recommend them.

Kathy helped us today with our purchase. She offered excellent customer service and provided plenty of knowledge on each mattress, etc. I recommend seeing her if you’re in the market for a new bed or pillow.
