Amazing experience at Mattress Firm on North Rivers in North Charleston today. I can not remember a more pleasant shopping experience, ever. Chris met us as we entered the store. Asked a few questions and immediately oriented us to the mattress that would best meet our needs. His knowledge was immense. The demonstrations were fluid and comprehensive. His personality was warm and invited. He took the time to listen. His responses to our concerns were to the point, precise and informative. We appreciate the knowledge, commitment, warranties, price guarantees. Thanks to Chris for learning his trade so completely.

I went in to Mattress Firm with a very particular set up requirements for a new mattress, and James helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He didn’t try to sway my views but simply tried to help me find the perfect fit for my needs. He was helpful in introducing me to some new things, too, like mattress support options other than an old box spring, but he always made me feel comfortable and never pressured me. I feel good about my purchase and very thankful to James for his kind and knowledgeable help.

Took a lot of time with us and helped work out our dilemma of not enough space for king size mattress. He called discount center. And got us the best deal possible. He went about and beyond helping us. Wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else or get any other bed than a tempropefic. We’ve owned 4 before this will be our fifth for our house. Best beds!
