Mattress Firm Cornerstone of Centerville

I had a great experience at your store today. Justin was very attentive. I walked in. He asked me a few questions about what I was in in the market for I told him. End of story he got me exactly what I wanted for just under the price I was looking for. Store was beautiful, clean, and inviting. So two thumbs up guys! I haven’t received my purchase yet as I’m waiting on it to be delivered in a couple days but I think it should be good

I came in less than an hour before closing on a frigid night. I was just planning to look, but Justin was so immediately helpful, understanding, and informative that I ended up feeling secure and comfortable enough to make a purchase at that time. Id never spent money on a quality mattress before, and not only were Mattress Firm's prices and financing options competitive, Justin made the process easy. We scheduled my delivery date, and I'm counting down the days! I love that theyre going to haul away my old mattress as well. Thank you, Mattress Firm and Justin!

We spoke with Angela. She was so knowledgeable and was able to give us time to decide on which mattress would be best for us. We were very happy with the way we were treated and would not hesitate to recommend her to our friends.

Angela at the store on cornerstone north blvd was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! She greeted us as soon as we walked in, she asked us a few questions to help narrow down what we might like and then guided us around the store trying out many different options explaining each thoroughly. We had our two young children with us and she was beyond accommodating of their cheekiness and even offered them both a little squishy which absolutely made their day. As parents who didn’t have anywhere to send their kids, it was nerve wracking to go try out mattresses not knowing how they might behave. She made it super easy on everyone. My husband also met me at the store straight from work and had his boots on. We were honestly going to leave because we felt horrible about getting dirt on the end of the mattress cover and she was so kind about it and said that’s exactly what it’s there for and told us not to apologize, it’s perfectly okay. We had been approved for financing ahead of time, but our limit was not high enough for what we decided on, so she took the time to call and see what she could do for us. Although they did not agree to up our limit, Angela still made it work for us to get what we wanted. She came up with a plan, presented it to us, and helped us secure the exact bed and frame that we wanted with all the bells and whistles! She made a great recommendation on a pillow I might like as a side sleeper, that she actually owns herself. Always good to hear an employee uses the product they are trying to sell. Overall really great experience, super smooth process, and stellar customer service. If you’re the company reading this, Angela is a keeper! I was skeptical about buying a mattress from any of the big name stores. Justin made the process easy, quick and was informative. He was not a pushy salesmen. I’ve had the mattress for 2 months and im very happy with it. The service, delivery and process all around was 5 stars.
