Mattress Firm South Lebanon

So first, I bought an Nectar classic 12’ from Amazon. I wanted to test it out, so I went to this store to see if they have it. I was greeted very warmly by Alissa, who turned out to be the store manager. Although she didn’t have the exact mattress, she helped me find other mattresses that are similar, and also showed me a couple mattresses that had insane deals. I decided to go with the mattress in the picture and also got a very nice July 4th deal with an adjustable base! Alissa was also extremely knowledgeable in the different mattress types and feel, and helped me understand which ones can help with back pain or arthritis. Although these are conditions I thankfully don’t suffer from now, she understood which mattress is known to help alleviate some of those pains. At the end, she printed out the receipt and terms of conditions, going through them thoroughly to help me understand the 120 day sleep trial and the included warranty. I did not purchase the extended warranty. Delivery was set literally the next business day, which is extremely fast. She also gave her number on the receipt if there are any issues that arise. Thank you Alissa!!!

What a wonderful experience! Becca was such a joy to work with! Not at all pushy, and truly interested in what our needs were. I think she helped us get exactly what we needed and didn’t pressure us whatsoever. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress! Thank you!!! ❤️

We could not be happier with the care, advice and concern we received from Alissa at the Mattress Firm in South Lebanon. We arrived with a lot of questions, seeking advice and the guidance and knowledge we received from Alissa was above and beyond. She spent close to an hour explaining the products and functions. She recommended the best mattress frame set up for our needs. She really dug in to find us the best discounts we were allowed etc. She sent up our delivery in just 2 days. Alissa is extremely knowledgeable of all the mattress options and is an outstanding representative of your brand. We are excited to sleep in our new bed!! Thanks Alissa

Brad and Nancy were fantastic! Brad showed us around, he was very knowledgeable and not pushy! He listened to what we liked and let us take our time laying around until we picked out our perfect mattress! It was a great experience and definitely recommend and will go back for future purchases!
