Sleep Number

Purchased a sleep number split king 15 months. Pumped stopped working and was quoted $265 for a new pump. Be weary of your purchase. Customer service was contacted and I was told they were sorry for our experience but that this is a random occurrence that seldom happens. So seldom it will cost $265 dollars to fix. The customer service rep went on to tell me how good the beds actually are and that we just have a fluke experience. Well we are 1 for 1 on a bad bed/pump.

Salesman was honest, knowledgeable, friendly and best of all…not pushy. Hopefully this bed will be off back order sooner than later.

Bought a bed 1 year ago. The pump stopped working for 1 side 6 months ago. Ran the system test at the time and restarted the bed - didn't fix it. Life with work, Army, and kid meant calling support was at the bottom of my list. Finally got around to calling today.....was told my warranty ended on July 1 and I would have to pay $250 for a new pump - even though they can see in their system the test that was ran back in February showing the system was broken. Best they could offer was free shipping. Absolutely ridiculous. I get how warranties work but there is recorded proof of the system being broken within the 1 year warranty period and they wouldn't honor it because, and I quote the sparky customer service rep, "you're supposed to call, best I can do is give you the $18 shipping for free." What a joke of a company that shouts how well it takes care of customers. Will not purchase another.

My wife and I went into the store to explore the different features, and get information about the Sleep Number products. Dan was our sales rep, and he made the experience very nice! He patiently answered all of our questions about product reliability, warranty, ease of moving/set-up (we're a military family), and accessories. With his product knowledge, we purchased a bed, some pillows, and a few other products to complete the our purchase. We're very excited! The store was clean, the staff welcoming and knowledgeable, and there was no pressure to purchase and test the different products! Great place to go to find out if Sleep Number is a fit for you!

The salesman was friendly and very helpful. Answered all our questions, even math problems! He informed us about the differences in the beds and prices. He then asked what we needed or wanted in a new bed. Then, he helped us weed out what we didn't want or need. We bought from this place a long time ago we had a positive experience then and it was the same this time. We like this place it has a laid-back atmosphere. No hassle from the salespeople. I gave 4 stars because they don't have enough help. He was dealing with us and could only tell the other people he would be with them as soon as he could.
