Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Outlet

I purchased a beautiful very comfortable memory foam queen size bed this past January from Raymore and Flanigan. That was my first mistake because the day they delivered the bed and took my other one out they didn't put it where I showed them they took it out front of my house and leaned the mattresses up against my wall of my house out front. It cost me another $125 to have them removed the bed itself cost me $700. Yesterday I had to move the bed, that's why there are wheels on beds so you can move them. They never responded to me ignored me about the first time with the delivery now I was lied to and frauded because when I called the service center yesterday I was told I had the manager today I called and if is this person Charlie Musso the manager and they told me no. So once Raymour and Flanigan sells you something good luck trying to get anywhere with them if you call for help. There sales people are great their service department ignores you. I added pictures so you can see. The frame on this bed is nothing but a cheap piece of junk and they took my old frame which I didn't tell them to do now I cannot sleep in this bed and I just had spinal surgery this bed is useless now. Do yourself a favor and make sure you read the reviews there are nothing but five stars until you start scrolling down then that's where you're going to see the problems people have. I will never in my lifetime ever by another piece of furniture not even for $1 at Raymour Flanagan.

I bought my bed here it is a beauty rest king size. I believe it was a level 1 medium firm, Nina Anasweh was the person who helped me pick out my mattress and box spring and I got a Tempurpedic mattress protector she was great she was so patient with me and showed me everything and let me try all the different beds out and she helped me find one in my budget She was such a sweet lady with a Such a great personality she did not rush us at all, Or try to Push me into anything She let me take my time and pick what I wanted And helped us to stay in our budget. She was a very great sales associate. It would be nice to see more sales associates as sweet and as pleasant to deal with as her Everywhere in the world. I also had a little problem the deliverymen brung out the wrong Mattress protector and she helped me to do the exchange. The bed is awesome I wanted a firm bed and I got a firm bed. I think it's more firm than The extra firm I recently had. Me and my fiance were so happy with our purchase and so glad we got to deal with somebody that was pleasant.

Recently purchased a new couch through this store. This was our first big home purchase, and the team was very helpful in guiding us after we found one we love. They thoroughly answered our questions and worked with our budget. Check out and delivery was seamless. We’re so happy with our purchase and experience!
