Mattress Firm Creekside

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm, Creekside. Samuel made the whole process so easy and even fun! He allowed us to take our time and was very informative. We did not feel any pressure and it was an enjoyable experience. The mattress was delivered within two days and the two men that helped with that were very quick and courteous. They even hauled off our mattress topper which was a huge help! I highly recommend this store!

Joe provided stellar customer service that made a bad situation salvageable. The Takeaway from my experience - When you invest in a mattress, Make sure you are investing in a quality mattress protector!! We did have to replace my son’s mattress after our cat Very randomly and unexpectedly peed on it. Unfortunately, the mattress protector we had was Ineffective and also just outside The one year warranty. However, Joe was so great in getting us a good deal on a replacement. And educating me on the differences in mattress protectors!! Now both my kids have quality mattresses and quality protectors! Cheers to quality sleep and peace of mind

Joe was very knowledgeable and helpful. We didn’t feel pressured in any way. He encouraged us to try several different mattresses and gave us a lot of information on each one. Ended up spending more than we had planned on, but are extremely happy with our choice. Did not know about veterans discount, or would have asked for it. Otherwise, 10 out of 10 to Mattress Firm!
