Sleep Number

I will start by saying I did not purchase my Sleep Number bed at this store. The store I did purchase it at has closed. I have had the bed for 4 years and it has a 15 year warranty. I was so excited to finally purchase a Sleep Number bed. Boy, am I sorry now! It started leaking air and went completely flat o n my husband's side. It took a week to get someone out to troubleshoot. The air chambers had to be replaced. $300.00 for that even with the warranty. And $190.00 to come out. Took them maybe 15 minutes to see the problem. Took another week for them to come and fix it. Meanwhile my husband is sleeping in a hole with a bad back and we're old. While installing the air chambers they found another problem. Guess what...another $300.00 and 2 more weeks to get it fixed. So we're into this for $800.00! These beds are not cheap! We could buy a good regular mattress for the cost of repairs!! This is a hardship for us. If I live long enough I will never buy another one. And I'm doing my best to warn others. Save your money and go buy another brand of mattress!!

Didn't realize we needed a new Sleep Number bed after 9 years until ours blew out. We now have a NEW Sleep Number and the sleep we get now Is totally incredible. Can't say enough good about Sleep Number, it's INCREDIBLE.. The sale was simple and was delivered and set up several days later. Just LIVE it!!!

Went to replace pillow that had the pillow cover zipper ripped under warranty. Lady looked up our account and it was replaceable. It was a Sunday and she told us that customer service is open to call to replace. She handed us a business card that had the number in it. I asked her what we were supposed to do since we were out of a pillow. She said to call customer service and they would mail us one. We would have to take pictures and send them to customer service. She stated customer service is open until noon. Well, customer service phone line stated they are not open on Sundays. I do not understand why we would have to take pictures. She was right there to verify the rip and help fix our replacement issue. Pretty expensive pillow to just have it replaced by mail. We will try and call this week to get it replaced, but it seems kind of odd that this is how a situation is handled when dealing with sleep. Would have been much more helpful had she called for us instead of giving us misinformation that customer service is open. Or maybe got a manager involved to see how this should be handled. Handing someone a card and telling them to call customer service (which was closed) today, seems pretty cheap way out in helping a customer.

Came in to check our number on our bed. To see if we needed to change it at home, which we did. We also tried new pillows and bought them after many tries. I also found a cooling pad that I can put in my bed and help my body relax after a long day. I have Fibromyalgia so this will help me on my really bad days during flares and hot flashes. Rebecca was very patient and helpful with our questions.

We visited a Sleep Number store in New Braunfels. Chance introduced himself, asked if we had a specific reason for visiting the store and if he could help us look at some options. Chance is very knowledgable and walked through various bed options starting with the entry level series. He demonstrated a personalized graphical pressure map of us as we tried out the bed. We then moved to the 'i' series followed by the climate series. Chance listened well and was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly and concisely. Chance was a pleasure to work with, possesses a impressive knowledge base of Sleep Number products and made the experience a pleasure. We would highly recommend visiting the store and seeing what Chance can show you options available for anyone looking for a sleep solution.
