My wife and I went in today 7/27 looking to get our original mattress replaced and the experience was great! Cody was very informative helped us to find the perfect mattress with no pressure at all, just kept a smile on and answered all the questions we had and directed us to the right mattress for our sleep needs, also threw in a couple of pillow options to help us get our best nights rest we’ve had! Thank you for all of your help! Highly recommend going in and asking for Cody!
View on GoogleThis is without a doubt the best customer service of any retail location I have ever been too. The size of the store did not limit the quality of service or amount of attention given during the visit. Cody is the most professional and accommodating retail worker i have ever met. Mattress firm has earned a lifelong customer and a glowing review to anyone who needs new bedding/mattresses in the future.
View on GoogleGreat experience. Pavel did a great job walking us through the process and explaining what we were actually buying and instead of just trying to “sell” us something. Highly recommend going to see Pavel.
View on GoogleI love this store and this location. Just finished buting my secon# mattress. The people who work there are always beyond helpfull and super nice. You never feel pressured to make a purchase. It feels like you're getting information from a good friend. Caleb was super nice and gave me all the info and options I needed to make my decision, and I left there happy about my ourchase. Highly recommend this location.
View on GoogleWhen I needed a new mattress, I stopped into Mattress Firm and Pavel Arana did an outstanding job assisting me in the selection of a new mattress. He took his time asking me questions and based on my answers, Pavel selected 3 possible mattress' that he thought would meet my needs. The third mattress I tried is the one I purchased, Purple Rejuvenate Royale Monarch King Prime. I hope this will resolve issues with my back, but if not Mattress Firm gives their customers a 120 day trial period. The mattress I selected was in stock and was delivered within two days. My old mattress was hauled away and my new mattress was delivered straight onto my bed. Ricky and Junior arrived right on time and did a great job with the delivery. I highly recommend Mattress Firm and the entire team at the Selma location.
