20 Years and 5 Beds Later and Still Obsessed We bought our first Sleep Number bed when it originally came out, and two decades later, we're still believers. Being able to set my own comfort level on the mattress made a huge difference, and the quality held up beautifully over the years. During COVID, we finally upgraded to the newer version, a full Split King with adjustable head and foot positions, plus the foot warmer. Climbing into a warm, comfortable bed on a cold night is one of life's simple luxuries, and honestly, it might be the best sleep we've ever had. We also added the Dual Temp layer for each side, which has been a complete game-changer for temperature control. We loved our bed so much that we've now put Sleep Number beds in both of our guest bedrooms too. Our guests rave about how well they sleep and always ask where they can get one. All told, we've purchased five Sleep Number beds over the years, and every single experience has been great. Customer service has been consistently excellent, friendly, helpful, and easy to work with whenever we've had questions. A special shoutout to Jose R. at the Woodbridge Sleep Number Store, who took great care of us. Delivery has always been fast and hassle-free too. If you're on the fence about Sleep Number, we can't recommend it enough.

During their visit they called me to get my review of sleep number. Which I love by the way. After they left the store, their salesman, Jose, called me and said he wanted to offer me a referral reward. I admit I was skeptical. I felt certain this was just going to be an attempt to sell me something. I was wrong. Jose offered me several products, helped me to choose the right one for me, and included shipping to my home in Florida. He did discuss some updates to sleep number products with me, but only when I asked. He was very knowledgeable. Both my niece and I appreciated his professionalism and his kind, cheerful attitude. He is definitely an asset to this business. Thank you, Jose. I can't wait to try out my new pillow.
