Mattress Firm Dartmouth Mall

Yuri is amazing. From start to finish, he answered questions, talked about best options and was just an overall great guy to work with. The delivery of our 3 mattresses/bases was seamless; loved the text updates. The delivery guys were so nice, careful when bringing everything into our home and made sure each bed was set up correctly. My husband and I visited 3 other mattress stores and ultimately left each one because we felt so pressured to buy the day we went in. Never felt that way with Yuri. So happy we went with Mattress Firm.

We had such an amazing experience shopping for our mattress, all thanks to Allan. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly taken care of. He went above and beyond in every way taking the time to understand our needs, answering all of our questions with patience, and never making us feel rushed or pressured. As we are expecting, this was a very important and meaningful purchase for us, and Allan made the entire process so much easier and more enjoyable. He genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect mattress for this new chapter in our lives, and that meant everything to us. His knowledge, kindness, and dedication really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who puts that level of effort into their work and into making customers feel valued. If we could give Allan more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. He deserves it and more. We are beyond grateful for his help and highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping he truly makes the experience exceptional.

From the beginning, Yuri listened and guided us to exactly what we were looking for. He was patient, easy to talk to, and not pushy at all. He absolutely considered everything we said and helped us through the whole process, all under an hour. He made the process easy, prompt, and every detail was quite clear. Today, our mattresses were delivered and I cant wait to go to bed! Thank you Yuri!

Alan was very knowledgeable. We only planned on looking around but ended up buying because we were comfortable that we were getting a fair deal without the hassle of shopping around and negotiating. I had researched online with different brands and companies and we were happy to go with a local store In Dartmouth. All the staff were pleasant at that location.

The prices were very fair. The service was excellent. The lady that took care of us spent a lot of time and knew what she was doing. I appreciated all the help we got. I would definitely return.
