Laurie the sales person was great. She was very patient, professional and helpful with my struggles to find the recliner that I really needed instead of the one that I wanted but would’ve most likely ultimately ended up regretting purchasing lol.

Service is great here they have beautiful pieces in the store I love everything that I got everything is very sturdy very durable you just can't beat the price for the quality of the furniture you get and the team that works there they are amazing they will work with you to get you what you need and there is multiple ways to get approved if you do not have cash on spot

I was thrilled when I went into bobs and was able to take home a recliner that night! Nothing like waiting til the last minute for a Christmas gift! Karen was absolutely amazing! She made the purchase super easy, helped with getting it out the door and overall a great employee that I felt went above and beyond! Thank you!

The sales associate was excellent, which makes the rest of this experience even more disappointing. We purchased a bedroom set on May 17th and scheduled delivery for May 21st. In preparation, the old furniture was removed and the room was completely emptied for the new set. On the scheduled delivery date, the delivery team arrived and claimed they could not access the driveway because the truck was too large. This was surprising, especially since deliveries had successfully been made there in the past. We were then told we would need to wait over a week for the order to be rescheduled onto a smaller truck. Delivery was rescheduled for today, only for the exact same situation to happen again — the same oversized truck arrived, and the delivery could not be completed. To make matters worse, we were assured delivery would happen tomorrow, only to receive another call stating it has now been delayed until June 1st. After spending nearly $6,000, we have effectively been left without bedroom furniture for over two weeks, with no confidence that the issue will actually be resolved on the next attempt. For a company promoting “white glove delivery service,” this experience has been anything but professional, organized, or customer-focused. Purchasing furniture is pointless if the company is unable to reliably deliver it.
