Sleep Number

Our recent purchase makes bed number three, we love the product and think it’s ideal for our situation. The North Dartmouth store, and specifically Dianne, was great in helping us work through the selection of this recent purchase. It’s always a pleasure to work with someone who understands the background in history of your relationship with the company. The setup crew was awesome, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Sleep Number products as they are ideally suited for people who share their bed with someone who has a different need for either firmness or softness. Start enjoying a great night of sleep and put yourself in a Sleep Number bed, you will thank yourself in the morning!

I’m so very impressed with the service we received at the North Dartmouth Mass., Sleep Number store. The young lady, Diane, walked us through the whole process of choosing a quality mattress, adjustable base, sheets, and protective covering. As we are veterans, both aging she did everything in her power to get us the biggest bang for our money.

The 5 stars are almost exclusively for Diane in the Dartmouth MA store. We chose the doorstep delivery which meant we had to set up the hoses and pump ourselves. In the end, it wasn’t that difficult, but the instructions were awful focusing entirely on setting up the base which we did not purchase. When it came to connecting the hoses, the instructions simply said “connect the hoses.” There was no instruction on where in the mattress to find the connectors. Diane went above and beyond validating the insufficient instructions. She searched for instructions and ended up studying the show room bed to find the connectors. When my remote wouldn’t work, she spent more time with me trouble shooting that. Throughout the whole process she was patient, kind and professional. Without her we’d be sleeping on the floor tonight! Diane should be store manager.

Shouting out to the AMAZING Diane S. at Sleep Number! I was deep in the weeds with confusing bed models and terminology, and she didn’t miss a beat. Her communication was flawless, her knowledge was on point, and she followed through on every single thing. She turned what should have been a stressful experience into an easy one. Sleep Number hit the jackpot with her!

We recently visited the sleep number store in Dartmouth, Massachusetts. We were greeted warmly by a sales person named Diane. Diane was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining the product and everything that sleep number has to offer. She worked diligently to find us the best price and informed us of all discounts that were available. If you are in the market for a new mattress, I strongly recommend visiting Diane. You will not be sorry.
