Mattress Firm De Land

Great experience in the DeLand store, I was in and out in 20 minutes with no pressure. I was able to lay on a similar mattress because they didn’t have the one I wanted on the floor. As far as the mattress , I haven’t received it yet, it’s arriving tomorrow, one day delivery. Great customer service. Thank you, Peter

We worked with the rep Joe in Store and over the phone and he was absolutely amazing. He was relatively new to the company, but you would’ve never had any idea what the amazing customer service skills, honesty and loyalty. He provided for the three days that we were shopping around trying to figure out our bed. He was very patient with us and very helpful and made the process seems so seamlessly and not frustrating like normal. We definitely recommend mattress firm. We’ve been going there for the past 15 years and Joe was the best person we’ve ever worked with.

I was pleasantly greeted by Joe, he asked me what he could do for me. I told him what I was interested in buying and he showed me exactly what I was interested in purchasing. No pressure or deceiving sales tactics. He also tryed to save me a buck or two every way possible without defrauding his company's business.

Joseph (DeLand, FL location) was amazing...from asking the questions to find the best mattress for me...then having me try them out. He is very personable and a delight to talk with. I have been buying from Matress Firm for many, many years and this was my best visit...thank you Joe.

Marty was very helpful and able to assist me with the ordering of mattresses over the phone including having them delivered within two days, bypassing the longer online delivery time. This is the second time that I have ordered from the Deland location and I’m very satisfied with their professionalism!
