Mattress Firm El Dorado

I had been in need of replacing my current mattress for some time. I was also shopping to replace a guest bedroom mattress. I had been shopping several manufacturers, but with the Memorial day sale incentives, I was ready to make a decision. I already had an adjustable base although older, but, I have preexisting back issues, and was looking for optimum lumbar support. My older base also could not be placed on a platform base. That led me to the Tempur line. Ian, having a Tempur Active Breeze himself, was very capable of educating me across the brands and also what capabilities each Tempur mattress / base combination offered. Ian helped me bundle the best value for the Active Breeze in a Cal King with pillows, sheets, and a second Sealy queen and Ease base for my guest room. My only recommendation has nothing to do with the in store experience. My bed was delivered and the fan in one of the bases was not functioning after the delivery crew left. Need to train on testing all functions. While being replaced by the second crew, they lifted the mattress without disconnecting the hose. Fortunately, the hose clips separated from the hub without damage. Once assembled, the english speaking crew member, a new hire, did not know how to sync the bases. I'd recommend that you require subcontract personnel to have training on an Active Breeze before being allowed to deliver one. All-in-all, I'm satisfied with my purchase and look forward to the Active Breeze on my side of the bed.

Reviewing a mattress store 5 stars was not on my bingo card, but here we are! Ian was SO helpful from the second I arrived with my two small children. He anticipated every question or concern I had and addressed it well. He even brought out a small sheep stuffy for each kid and snacks for them as we checked out. They delivered the mattress next day. Communicated the night before and morning of. I was truly blown away by their knowledge, helpfulness, and logistics. As a fellow business owner, this is how customer service should be everywhere. Look no further. Go here for your next mattress and thank me later.

I pretty much knew which mattress I wanted as my sister had recommended the one she and her husband had recently bought, so I was an easy sell. Ian was very helpful as the mattress I wanted was only online, but he found me a comparable one to lie down on, and he answered all my questions. He also explained their trial policy in case I found the mattress uncomfortable after I received it. All in all, I recommend this location and their ‘sleep experts’.

Ian is great! He spent a lot of time with us and is very knowledgeable about the features of each mattress. He learned what we were looking for and helped us choose the one we would like best. He gets 5+ stars. The people that schedule deliveries are not great. They kept pushing the delivery time back, and I don't think the actual delivery men were to blame. When they arrived it was obvious that they had been working hard all day and still had 6 more stops. They were fast and courteous and I give them 5 stars too.

Ian helped me find the perfect mattress within my budget that was great for my scoliosis. I purchased a king dream cloud mattress and i would 100% recommended coming and checking one out. Truly the best mattress purchasing experience i’ve had and some of the best customer service and hospitality that I’ve encountered in a long time!
