Purple - Baybrook Mall

It is unfortunate that I am having to give a 2 star review because we have spent over $10,000 with purple and love our mattresses and had a good experience with the staff until this situation. Note: my husband and I are both short. We tried out the mattresses on platforms in store as always. We spent a considerable amount of time in store and discussed that the mattress we have at home is on the adjustable platform and we want the same but not needing the adjustable. The mattress we have and love is discontinued so they recommended the Hybrid and assured us again we have 100 days to return if it didn’t work. We got the recommended platform and matters, sheets and more pillows. When the platform arrived and we put it all together the whole this is over 30” off the ground! Seriously? The platform itself is 11” thick and the legs 7”. Nothing in the showroom is close to that. We can’t even get into the bed comfortably. We paid almost $500 for this platform and can’t even use it. They won’t exchange it for us. They said the platforms aren’t returnable. Yet not once when we were discussing anything did they inform of this. Nowhere on the receipt does it state this. We phoned the accelerated customer service. We talked to the manager at the location itself. And nothing. We literally have no options with a company we’ve spent $10,000 with. I am beyond disappointed. Not good business at all. And even deceiving. Not cool at all.

Went in last night to try these out since we really need a new mattress. Walked in and Cody greeted us immediately. Not in a pushy way but very friendly. He was very patient and answered our questions and even offered information that I didn’t think about asking. Made sure he fit our needs to find a mattress that fit my side-sleeper self and hubby’s back sleeper comforts. Literally showed us the difference between soft, firm and semi firm, hybrid, non hybrid, adjustable base, non adjustable base. Gave us pros and cons of each. Talked about what works best for him and his habits. You would think it was too much information but ABSOLUTELY NOT! He knows his stuff. We ended up purchasing and he made sure to cover what happens next through delivery, setup and aftercare. I cant wait for delivery!!

Mya was the best representative for purple mattress ever. She was the kindest, coolest, and most caring person I’ve ever encountered in any customer service setting. This girl is going places, and I’m still thinking about her. Thank you so much for an unexpected yet remarkable experience in the purple mattress store. Much love -Miles

My wife and I finally baught ma mattress after years of just wishing for one. Been sleeping on it for a little over a month now and both my wife and I haven't sleept this good in a while. Adrianna was super helpful and very patient when my wife couldn't decide which bed to get. She gave us a lot of info in the beds that we looked at. I usually dont like to spend a lot of money on a mattress but after so many years of struggling with an old mattress, my wife and and I can honestly say it was worth it.

I want to give out a ginormous shoutout to Mya. From the second i walked through the door she made sure i felt welcome and seen, not something i ever thought i'd experience walking through a mattress store. Her personality has truly inspired me and genuinely made my whole week. This girl is full of whimsy, kindness and beauty. Thank you so much Mya for being authentically you, never change.
