Rooms To Go

We had an amazing experience at the furniture store thanks to the exceptional service we received from Kamron. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, attentive, and truly focused on helping us find exactly what we needed. He took the time to understand our style, budget, and preferences without ever making us feel pressured. What really stood out was his knowledge and patience—he answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction the way he does. Because of his help, we left feeling confident and excited about our next purchase. I've been coming to this store for 11 years, he's customer service was great. Me and my husband will definitely be coming back and recommending him to friends and family to come check out your store. Thank you!

I bought a sectional from this location it’s beautiful but when they delivered it they brought everything but the cushion than told me it would be 3-5 Business days for me to receive my cushion. It’s been three weeks still don’t have a cushion. Than I called today and the lady said it could take 90 days!!!!!!!!!!! That is insane!!! 3,000 for a couch I can’t even use!!!!!!!!!!! Do not shop here go somehow else. I have bought a lot from rooms to go and will not return. How embarrassing

Very helpful, kind and informative associate Linda helped us today, she was great and helped our order go smoothly!

Loved our experience with Roxanne! We walked in, told her our needs and wants for living room furniture (we have 2 cats that like to use furniture as scratching posts so we needed a durable performance fabric that was both comfortable with a soft texture). She listened carefully, showed us our options, let us speak privately many times, was extremely patient, and didn’t pressure us. We had to leave on our first visit but came back a week later and purchased a sectional. We are very happy with our purchase and can’t wait for our new furniture to be delivered. If you visit the store, ask for Roxanne, she’s the absolute best!

Great furniture and top notch customer service! I purchased a double recliner sectional, twin trundle bed and a leather recliner. Delivered in a few days and great no interest payment terms! I could not be happier! If you go to the children’s side at Baybrook, ask for Nam he’s amazing! He listens to your needs and offers the best options. PPF! Patient, professional and friendly! Thanks room to go, I love my new furniture!
