Mattress Firm

Eddie was very helpful pointing out the different beds we came to see. He listened to our needs, then let us enjoy trying some out, all the while joking and making us feel very comfortable. Then he professionally helped us to make our purchase and set up delivery. All told it took around 4 hours from walking into the store till delivery and complete set up was accomplished. The two delivery gentleman were quick, professional and very helpful and friendly. I would rate this shopping experience as a 10, but there are only 5 stars on the page. Thank you Mattress Firm, El Paso outlets!

My wife and I had a great experience working with Miguel Cobayachi. He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed to purchase our mattress. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions to make sure we found the best option for us. His professionalism and excellent customer service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate all of his help and highly recommend Miguel to anyone looking for outstanding service.

I had an amazing experience. Richard was very helpful throughout the purchasing process of buying my new mattress. I was a little bit on the edge and he didn’t rush me in any way and let me try many different beds multiple times I was in the store for about an hour just laying down and I didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience not once. 100% recommend and I feel like I got a great deal on a new king size mattress that I’m very excited about!!!

Cristian was an excellent salesperson who provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out. I will definitely recommend him to others. Richard was another great player in our recent purchase. We’re excited for our tempur-pedic to arrive!

Richard was a great help during our visit. He didn’t pressure us at any point, provided clear insight into the differences between each mattress, and helped us find exactly what we needed. We also appreciated that he worked with us to get a great deal. Highly recommend. Thank you Richard!
