Max was more focused on selling us a purple Mattress than trying to make my Husband and myself happy to find a Mattress we would both like. I will never go back to this store. We went to The Mattress Store bedside Kroger. Best service ever, Military owned. Bob is amazing, we found the perfect mattress we both like. And the price was great.

So I went into mattress firm, tried some out, and I ended up really enjoying the conversation with my salesman Anthony, because he shared insights with me without being pushy or “salesman” like. In the end, I spent $200 less and ended up with a far better mattress! Really happy with this experience!!!

I felt I had nothing to lose with the price discount and interest free payments on top of them waiving the return fee if I’m not satisfied after 120 nights of sleep on the mattress. I do hope all is as expected or better and that they stand good on all they have guaranteed.
