Sleep Number

I just bought my very first sleep number here in Elizabethtown. It was highly recommended by a local friend and I must say this was an amazing experience. Andrena was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. She helped me find the perfect sleep solution. She literally had an answer to any inquiry I had in store. The installation process as also flawless. Andrena even checked on me the day after I received my new sleep number to ensure I was satisfied . I highly recommend this location.

Awesome experience. We were able to try every mattress and its features. The whole process was easy and fast. We were in and out less than an hour. Thank You Andrena for all the help. You made it the best experience. Can't wait for a our mattress to be delivered.

Our sales person was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. We decided to purchase our bed. We took care of the paperwork and paid for it the middle of May. We were told it would be delivered June 6. We were ok with that. We would have been happy with sooner but it was fine. Now we have been notified it will be late July. Fortunately we still have a bed. This should have been discussed at the time we ordered it. People need to schedule these things. This is not acceptable and it will be my last purchase from them.

My husband and I visited this store with my Dad to purchase him a bed and had a wonderful experience. The customer service provided by both Andrena and Chris was fabulous and continued well after our visit. They both have returned my phone calls promptly any time we had additional questions. They were patient with all of our inquiries and have encouraged us to keep in touch if we need anything. You can tell that they both truly care about their customers and that sincerity rang through with every interaction. If you have any interest in a Sleep Number bed I highly encourage you to visit this location! We would definitely go back for any future purchases.

Awesome bed! The only thing we are learning is that Our king size bed mattress started to sag a little in the middle. So I’m thinking the delivery people need to give us more information and tell us if everything looks secure enough before they put everything down. We have since fix the sagging problem by putting more support in the middle. ( my husband is an engineer and so figure this out). Anyhow, there are a lot of people that could really use that assistance with whoever’s delivering the bed to give more information about support in the middle of the frame.
