Mattress Firm Outer Loop

We visited Matress Firm on Outer Loop to "look" at a new mattress. We had no intention of purchasing anything. Jasper was very welcoming and asked all the right questions. He offered his recommendations without being pushy. We ended up buying a Purple mattress! My bf even took a nap on it. 🤭 We purchased sheets and a mattress cover. Jasper is an asset to the business. Thank you for our experience.

Christopher was so helpful when figuring out what mattress to buy. Me and my boyfriend were unsure of what material would be the most comfortable but Chris took his time and didn’t pressure us at all. He gave us great deals and all around amazing!

Was a very easy transaction! We told Chris what we had looked at on line, he showed it to us, answered our questions and showed no aggressive selling! We asked what was the next grade up from that and he ended up selling us on that one! Very pleasant experience!

The store manager, Jen Patton, was beyond exceptional! At 7:30pm she was very detailed and thorough in providing my mom options and best mattress recommendations for her medical condition. She stayed 45 minutes past closing time to help find options to secure the right adjustable mattress system that could be delivered as quickly as possible. Jen was so patient and professional and extremely knowledgeable! Highly recommend! Hard to find great employees like Jen who went above and beyond!!!
