Hubby and I were sleeping on an air mattress after we moved into our apartment for a few weeks so decided to go to mattress firm on Thursday as my parents love them. They did NOT disappoint! Ryan was very knowledgeable and super nice! Took his time telling us about what may work for us as well as showing us and having us try different beds until we made a confident decision on a frame and mattress! Just got delivered today and the delivery guys were very efficient and friendly! They set the bed up for us and made sure it worked before leaving and arrived 30 minutes before the 2 hour time slot of 12:30-2:30pm delivery! Highly recommend! Thank you Ryan and mattress firm for helping us get our bed!!

I was very impressed with his customer service; he was so respectable and very comfortable to do business with. We left with a flawless experience under our belt, happy with our purchase along with a matress cover, sheets and with new pillows. Delivery and old bed removal were available, making this such and easy process. I look forward to sleeping in my new bed Tuesday evening! I'm very glad we chose Mattress Firm!

View on GoogleI submitted a warranty claim for developing a lump in the pillow top on the mattress. I missed the email for the decision. Chatting with Mattress Firm and they resent me the letter to get my replacement mattress. I went to the Elizabethtown store to see what my warranty letter would get me. I met Jim. Jim took the time to ask me what happened to the old mattress and what I wanted to replace it with. He took quite a good bit of time walking me through the store and showing me quite a few mattresses. Jim was very good at asking questions about each one and narrowing it down, finding me the perfect mattress. Jim also did a wonderful job with pricing. Mattress Firm did Not give full price for the warranty. Jim was Great at finding the best price for all the mattresses he showed me. Ultimately he found me the best mattress and was able to make it affordable because Mattress Firm was Not able to give me full price on my warranty claim for my approximately 7 month old mattress. I would highly recommend Jim at the Elizabethtown store if you need a mattress or anything bed related. He is great at finding the mattress that gives great support and comfort while not breaking the bank. I would highly recommend Jim at Mattress Firm in Elizabethtown for all your sleep needs.
View on GoogleHad a great experience buying 3 matress and a box spring. Really gave us a good deal, even matched the price of the 2 twins. Got a full memory foam queen bed. Used the queen bed one week and it was worth the money! We love it ! Like sleeping on a marshmallow :) Also got the kids a matress protector and it washes great, no leaks on matress.
