SHOUT OUT!! to Mara!! She was so awesome. Excellent customer service. I cannot wait until I get my first king bed in our new apartment. Left very Happy! Other than the building was a furnace and I ended up getting sick in there since there was no AC. No one should be working in those conditions.i recommend MARA to anyone and ASK for her she will definitely point you in the right direction. 🥰

I was looking for a mattress store that was in York for me to check out the mattresses in person but also had a location in my new town for delivery. Upon our arrival at the store there was a sign that the store was without air conditioning on a very hot day. The store manager Heather came outside to great us and help assist my disabled husband into the store. The lights were off to better control the heat which she explained while running to the bathroom to make sure that was well lit for my husband. I know right off that bat that we were in excellent hands. We discussed what I felt our needs were with a new mattress for our guest room or a new mattress for our primary bedroom. We were not sure what was available in the timeframe of the move. Heather listened and helped advise what she thought would work for either situation. We chose a Sterns and Foster Estate mattress. I told her I wanted to check with a family member who use to sell mattress when managing a furniture store. Heather not once applied any pressure to purchase. We sat down at her desk, exchanged information and she said she would follow up. Before we returned home there was a message letting us know what she found. We were so pleased with the special deal that we ended up with three new mattresses for our new home. I later called back to add a low profile box spring and two pillows. Heather was away but put me in the capable hands of Carly. She too was quick to respond and adapt to my new requests. They both went out of their way to help navigate the logistics of purchasing here and finding enough stock across a few warehouse to fulfill the order. They repeatedly followed up and we are set to take delivery on everything the day after we close on our new home many states away. It was a pleasure to do business with these two women and know are confident in the end result. No need to look elsewhere.

Sales rep Daniel was an absolute amazing guy and handled the busy evening like a champ. We had walked into the Mattress Firm around 6 and he had two families he was waiting on. Still took the time to great us and said he’d be with us as soon as he could. He did his thing and was with us to answer questions within 30 min and we left to go grab some food and came back. We came back around 7 and he was finishing up with one and helping the next people too. He got everyone settled (had three sales I might add) and helped us. He stayed a little late to make sure we were able to get our order done. He handled my cranky toddler with ease and helped keep him entertained too. Absolutely would 100% recommend. Can’t wait to get our bed!

Mara was AMAZING. She really took the time to help me decide which mattress brand and style best fit my needs. Her customer service skills are impeccable, and I truly appreciate everything she helped me with. Also, the two delivery guys were A+. They were very professional, clean, neat, and very efficient.

We bought a mattress from here at Christmas time and after sleeping on it for a month we decided that the mattress we picked was not for us and very uncomfortable. I called the store and spoke to Daniel. Daniel was very understanding and helped us picked out a new one in the store. He was very attentive to detail and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect bed. He also helped us get a discount! The first time I also interacted with Maura who was also phenomenal. Five stars to this location and these employees!
