Mattress Firm Lebanon

We replaced two mattresses. Debra Lee was the person we worked with the most. After purchasing the mattresses we took advantage of the 120 day replacement offer for 1 of them. Andrew assisted us when we stopped back in to find a replacement. After meeting with Debra Lee again we were able to finalize the sale. We appreciated the knowledge, friendliness, and genuine care during this experience. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good deal and mattress.

Came in and met with Debralee. She provided great insight into the floor samples to provide my wife and I an opportunity to test. We were not rushed and she worked the numbers. We were educated on options and made an informed decision. Really great experience.

Deborah did very well working within our budget. She was kind and personable. She greeted us at the door with a clipboard and clean sheet of paper to write our wants and needs down and try to get us the best mattress for our price range. She made us comfortable and the whole process easy and stress-free. She broke down our needs to 3 mattresses and we chose the one we liked the best. She got us a great deal on a mattress cover. I do not buy the deals that were claimed that we saved for black Friday. It was in the thousands for a mattress that was not on the display because it was a budget mattress for $594.

My wife and I stopped in to Mattress Firm today and DeborahLee took the time to find new bedding for our boys and both of us. She asked us questions regarding our health and sleeping preferences and also issues with our prior beds. In conclusion we were able to get the best choice of beds for our children and us to fit our needs. I love this Lebanon location. Very professional and very relatable. Thank you very much DeborahLee.

We went to the store to purchase our almost 5 year old a quality full size mattress, upgrading from a toddler bed. Debra Lee was very helpful and not pushy at all. She did a great job answering our questions. We checked out multiple stores and came back to work with Debra Lee. We even decided to go ahead and upgrade our bed from a queen to a king and spent more than what we initially went into the store for. We couldn’t beat the sales and had been talking about upgrading for a few years. There was an issue with damage during delivery and then miscoding, and Debra Lee and her manager both worked to get things corrected for us. The level of customer service they both provided were outstanding! Not very many people will come to a customer’s house to help move a 200+ mattress base into the customer’s home when it was dropped off on porch. They did everything to make things right and I would highly recommend Mattress Firm! We are very happy with our purchase.
