My family and I came in to look at options for purchasing a new mattress a few weeks ago. Lucky for us it wasn’t busy as we had our three year old, one year old and two week old with us. Rohan was extremely patient with us as we tried out almost every mattress in the store as our kids were having a hay day throughout the store. There is a golf putting mat for discounts that my three year old played with most of the time. Rohan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful for us to make a decision on which bed would be best for us. We ended up purchasing a bed and pillow from Rohan. I highly recommend this location and using Rohan for your next mattress purchase.

Mr. Boban provided us with excellent customer service! He took the time to listen to our budget, showed us several great options, checked if the mattress we were interested was in stock, and let us know our order could be delivered by Monday. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend!😊

I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm Fairfield Town Center thanks to Tretisha. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to demonstrate different products, explaining the features and benefits of each. Her recommendations were tailored to my needs, which made choosing the right mattress much easier. It was clear that she was very knowledgeable about the products and genuinely cared about helping me make the best decision. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend working with her!

We were apporved a warranty swap out but needed to go pick the mattress. When we got there. The gentleman by the name of Trevor was busy helping another couple. We waited and looked around. When he finally came to help us. He seemed polite but a few minutes later that changed when we told him that we were there to pick out the replacement mattress. He changed it up and said that his system was working to place orders and check customers out but not for warranty replacement mattress claims. He gave us the vibe like he didn't want to help us because he would not be making any commision off of this transaction. He had 2 other customers waiting behind us, that he needed to help and that were insterested in making purchases. So, at that moment he told us that he would not be able to help us with our transaction and told us to go to another location. If you ask me that is pretty sad that you base your attitude and help on your commission. Either way, it turned out better because the representative by the name of Latrice at the corporate office. Ended up helping us and taking care of us. She's definitely one of a kind.

After just moving to Texas and needing two beds, I visited this store and had the good fortune of working with Ryan. Wow was he wonderful!. I was so exhausted, I couldn’t even think straight. My twin sister was with me, and all we wanted to do was buy two good quality mattresses and call it a day. Ryan certainly could read our exhaustion and immediately took us over to where beds in our price range were stored. No high pressure to buy more expensive beds, no needless chit chat. And Bingo! We bought the two beds needed and Ryan also sold us the frames. Effortless transaction on my part but Ryan did all the necessary paperwork with amazing competency and expertise. And then he said he would handle any glitch that might occur. A man of his word, when there was a hiccup with one aspect of the delivery, Ryan said he would fix the issue himself after he got through with work. However, with that assurance, magically everything worked out just fine and Ryan did not have to do anything more. Kudos Ryan, on doing outstanding work, and for being a man of your word, and also for helping strangers in a strange land find what was needed.
