Last Sunday, my husband and I visited the store to shop for a mattress, and we had a great experience thanks to Boban. He was awesome—very knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and encouraged us to take our time trying out different beds. His customer service was excellent. We were also pleasantly surprised that our mattress could be delivered in less than 24 hours. The delivery process was smooth from start to finish. We received a confirmation call later the same day we purchased, and the mattress arrived the next day, even a little earlier than the scheduled arrival time. Overall, a fantastic experience!
