Your customer service person Steven was amazing. We walked in and told him how much we wanted to spend and he showed us several mattresses. He did not pressure us or try to sell us anything out of our price range. Steven was knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Highly recommended him for future customers.
View on GoogleI want to start off by saying that Mattress Firm is a good company but this location is provided mediocre service. The manager helped us but made the situation feel uncomfortable and akward. He helped us in getting a warranty exchange delivery & pickup scheduled but got the address totally wrong. When I called him the next business day. He swore that he fixed it and got it taken care of. Unfortunately, he provided half the help and service. The delivery people ended up going to the wrong address and we had to wait about 4 days more to get a good night rest on our new mattress. The address was corrected by a representative by the name of Lautrice. Whom I have to say is the person that not only helped us but saved the day. She was polite and helpful. She took care of us. She actually cares. Unlike the manager at this location. Either way, we are staying Mattress Firm customers because of Lautrice.
View on GoogleSteven was very helpful. We looked at several mattresses for over an hour. Found the one I liked and been happy with my bed
View on GoogleJaime was great and professional. I did not feel rushed and he answered all my questions. He also price matched Costco and won my business.
View on GoogleI had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Richard. He listened to what I needed, explained the differences between each mattress, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His expertise and positive attitude made the process enjoyable. I’m extremely satisfied with my purchase and grateful for his help. Highly recommend working with him!
