Mattress Firm Fairlawn Supercenter

Tanya was extremely helpful and they had my information from my last purchase ten years ago. I am extremely satisfied with the prices. Realistically I just needed a bigger bed for the bigger family. The products still hold up. She honored a price I found online and even though I didn’t need a product they sold. She educated me on a product I planned on getting somewhere else. Making sure I knew the risks.

Isaiah was our representative and we had an exceptional experience. We went in with little intention of buying after becoming aware of modern mattress pricing. Isaiah sought out what our needs were and worked within our budget to get us exactly what we needed. Services were polite, professional and extremely efficient. Highly recommended. Talk to Isaiah, you won't regret it.

I purchased a mattress from Matres Firm and Tanya was extremely helpful throughout the process. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly enjoys what she does. She explained everything clearly and made the experience very easy for me. I really appreciated her positive attitude and support. Highly recommend! Fatma

Tanya the manager of this store was able to pair me up with a bed that suited my sleep style as well as my budget. She was non-pressure and wrote up a quote which allowed me to walk away for a few days and still keep the discounts she had applied. A few days later I returned to another store closer my location and the new sales associate honored the price and ensured the original associate received credit for this sale. I like that the stores are willing to work together for the good of the company!

Wonderful staff, both Tanya and David were amazing. Customer service 10/10, not to mention they got us a great deal on a luxury mattress and base for it plus delivery through financing. If anyone needs a matress, come here!
